Additional Property Attributes

A Phase II investigation was completed on the Penn Empire Transportation site. In addition, approximately 750 gallons of drummed waste were removed from the site including waste oil, solvents, and antifreeze. Following the investigation, Chautauqua County foreclosed on the property to encourage redevelopment.

Former Use: The Penn Empire Transportation site operated as a tractor trailer transportation and distribution terminal for approximately 20 years to abandonment of the site in 2001.
