Additional Property Attributes

The subject site consists of approximately 2.75-acres and contains the main 100,000 square foot three story building of the former Imperial Tobacco facility. The subject property is in a highly developed portion of Greenville with development in the area dating back to the later part of the 1800's. The site and surrounding properties are developed with a mix of commercial adn single family residential land use.The overall usage of the four parcels is idle and underutilized.

Former Use: The subject site consists of four parcels however, only parcel 1 and 2 contain buildings. Parcel 1 contains the main facility and the largest building of the site while parcel 2 contains a two story office building, a brick gargage and a metal shed.
