Additional Property Attributes

During the Phase I, no recognized environmental conditions were identified for the subject property and no suspect ACMs were observed at the site. No further assessments or cleanup were recommended. The Phase I assessment was conducted for the owner, David Poindexter, to comply with AAI standards. The property is currently a vacant lot previously owned by the City of Springfield. The intended use by the potential owner is to renovate the property by building rental homes, using a City of Springfield HOME loan. Redevelopment costs estimated at 150,000.

Former Use: The Site has been utilized as residential property prior to 1920. It is currently a vacant lot north of Division Street, a historically commercial area in Springfield, and 2 blocks south of Commercial Street, another historically commercial area.
