Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property consisted of approximately 2,980 square feet of land developed with a two-story building. Remaining portions of the Property were developed with landscaped areas. The Property was located in a mixed residential and commercial area. At the time of the site reconnaissance the building was vacant. However, the building was most recently used as a convenience store, with residential apartments on the second floor. In 1895, the Property appeared to be a vacant lot. As of 1913, the Property was developed with a residential dwelling. The Property appeared to be utilized for residential purposes until 1928, when a commercial addition was constructed. From 1928 until 2005, various commercial businesses occupied the Property, including a dry cleaner, a beverage shop and distribution center, a tin shop, and convenience store. The Property was vacated after 2005.
