Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property consisted of 1.03 acres of land developed with an approximately 3,200 square-foot commercial building. The building and a tractor-trailer were situated on the west-central portion of the Property. The Property was located in an area zoned for residential and commercial uses. At the time of the site reconnaissance, Larsens Muffler and Brake operated an automotive repair shop on the Property. Racing fuel was stored on the site. As of 1938 it appeared a residential dwelling was located on the Property. The residential structure was razed by 1978 when the current building was constructed. Various businesses including automotive sales and repair, rust proofing, and a print shop subsequently occupied the Property until 2010.
