Additional Property Attributes

Conflicting anecdotal information regarding UST, onsite. Former plant manager says none on site, always had ASTs for fuel. Son of former owner recalled USTs between mill and power plant buildings. Mill building and power plant constructed in 1955. All ASTs after 1959. Location of reported USTs is not well suited for them. Site reconnaisance indicates no visible evidence of USTs or problems. No leaks reported, no piping, or stressed vegetation. No other potential environmental problems. (PPF - Old Diehl Mill)

Former Use: Former lumber mill, demolished in early 1980s. Prior use was pasture land.
