Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources indicate the property consisted of agricultural land from at least 1940 to 1972. The current building was constructed in 1974. The property has been owned by the DS Daley Company, a street light fabrication company, since 1974 and has occupied suite 174 since purchasing the property. The remaining spaces were leased to various companies. The central tenant space 180 was occupied by an automotive manufacturing company from 1979 to 1985 and a fabrication company from 1991 to 1994, and various general commercial operations. The western tenant space 184 was occupied by an automotive repair company from 2005 to 2007.
