Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site Property was developed in the early 1930's as the Arthurdale Schools the High School Building, the Cafeteria Building, and the Elementary School Building. The former school buildings are currently vacant. Asbestos and lead based paint inspections revealed the presence of both asbestos containing materials and lead based paint on some of the building materials in the three former school buildings. Reuse Plan: Redeveloping Arthurdale High School into a trade school that specializes in restoring historic properties.
