Additional Property Attributes

The site is currently an undeveloped, grass-covered field. No structures are located on the property. The Phase I assessment was completed, to comply with AAI regulations, for the City of Springfield's purchase for use as a fire station. No recognized environmental conditions were posed to the site, and no further assessments were recommended. The property is the proposed site of Fire Station 13, a City of Springfield Fire Department development, with redevelopment costs estimated at 3.5 million. The Phase I environmental assessment allowed the City of Springfield to purchase the property to use for Fire Station 13. Development has not started on the site.

Former Use: The site is currently an undeveloped, grass-covered field. No structures are located on the property. Historical sources indicate the subject property has always been undeveloped.
