Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Property consisted of undeveloped, vegetated land from at least 1938 until June 1992, when the original portion of the building was constructed on the central portion of the property. One 10,000-gallon gasolineand one 6,000-gallon diesel UST with two associated dispenser pumps were installed to the west of the building in April 1993. The property operated as a gosoline station and party store from that time to 2009 when it was vacated. In 1996, a 1,000-gallon propane AST was installed which was utilized for propane distribution and resale from that time through July 2001, when it was removed. An approximate 550-gallon kerosene AST and dispenser pump is utilized immediately north of the building.
