Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: In at least 1884 Parcel A 67-52-261-991-00contained a Planning Mill woodworking on the northing portion and a shoe factory on the southern portion. Between 1884 and 1890 the Planning Mill and shoe factory were demolished and a small building with unknown purpose possible shed was constructed on the northern portion and a machine shop was constructed on the southern portion. The possible shed was demolished between 1900 and 1908. A residential dwelling with detached garage was constructed on the northen portion in approximately 1908. The machine shop building remained on the southern portion until approximately 1929 when it was demolished. The machine shop building was also occupied by a blacksmith and/or boiler shop between 1908 and 1929. The residential dwelling remained on the northern portion until approximately 1972. Development of self-storage warehouse buildings began in 1985. Parcel B 67-52-107-001-51 consisted of undeveloped land with occasional lumber storage between 1884 and 1917. In approximately 1929 a bulk oil distribution station was constructed. Between 1929 and 1985 anywhere from three to nine ASTs and/or USTs were utilized. Between 1994 and 1996 two self-storage warehouse buildings were constructed.
