Additional Property Attributes

Excavation and off-site disposal of petroleum contaminated soil occurred from Nov. 2009 to Jan. 2010. A temporary, magnet high school was constructed and opened in August 2010. A magnet high school was completed on 1-5 Riverside and the school has moved to this This property currently is used for college classroom and office space.

Former Use: Site was formerly part of General Oil Terminal until 1990's. The site had been used to store and handle petroleum products such as fuel oil, kerosene, and diesel fuel from the 1930's to early 1990's. The site had been unoccuppied from the 1990's until 2005.
