Property is actually a Right-of-Way to access the Former Lyndonville Railyard Parcel I.

Former Use: This Property is currently a Right-of-Way used to access the former main railyard for the Canadian Pacific Railroad Parcel I, which operated up until the late 1960's when its use switched through various sales to a woodworking and lumber processing complex. The woodworking and lumber yard operated through the late 1990's, when it was sold to the current owner. Currently the railyard property is empty, the former buildings were either demolished or burned down under previous owners. This Right-of-Way is also empty and crosses a railroad spur.
