Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The owner identified below only actually owns a right-of-way to cross this property. Today it consists of a road that is held in private ownership. The right-of-way is the access to Parcel II of the Former Lyndonville Railyard properties. The former railyard was owned by the Canadian Pacific Railroad and operated the yard up until the 1960's. Several woodworking and lumber companies owned the former railroad properties up until 2001, when the series of properties were purchased by the current owner.
