Additional Property Attributes

American Seating is planning to undertake large-scale property rehabilitation activities that will include demolition of aging, obsolete structures along with the construction of a new headquarters building and new manufacturing space. The project will result in significant investment within the community, as well as additional permanent jobs and short term construction jobs. The City assisted American Seating, which has been operating in the City since 1886, by conducting asbestos and lead-based paint surveys to facilitate redevelopment activities.
