Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consisted of Dyar Street and vacant land from at least 1915 until the late-1920s when a commercial structure was constructed. Between 1937 and 1948, a second commercial structure was constructed. An addition that connected the two buildings was constructed between 1950 and 1957. The original commercial structure contained an automobile parts store in the late-1920s. In the mid-1930s, the building was converted and a church began worshiping on the property. The structure was demolished in 2000. The subject property currently consists of vacant land and the vacated portion of Dyar Street.
