Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: In general, the subject property parcels have consisted of vacant land and/or residential dwellings since at least 1914, except for Parcel C1. Parcel C1 was occupied by a concrete block manufacturer Hy-Grade Stone Production Co. from at least 1949 until it was demolished between 1993 and 2000. Between 1986 and 2003, the structures on the remaining subject property parcels, except for Parcel H1 were demolished. Currently, the subject property consists of vacant land Parcels A1 through G1 and I1 through P1 and one vacant residential dwelling Parcel H1. The subject property parcels have consisted of vacant land and/or dwellings since at least 1914, except for the structure located on Parcel D2. This structure contained a commercial operation between 1929 and 1945. The structures on Parcels A2, C2, and D2 were removed between 1977 and 1993. Currently, the subject property consists of vacant land Parcels A2, C2, and D2 and two vacant residential dwellings Parcels B2 and E2. Previous occupants of the commercial buildings on Parcel D2 included Babko Walter J. Barber, Gronezewski Walter-Confr, and Gronezewski Walter Beer Garden. The subject property parcels consisted of residential dwellings from at least 1915 until between 1990 and 1995 when they were demolished. The subject property consisted of vacant land from at least 1915 until the existing residential structure was constructed in 1920. The subject property currently contains a vacant, residential dwelling.
