Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: AKT Peerless research revealed that the subject property consisted of unimproved land from at least 1915 until it was improved with a commercial building in 1924. Building plans provided by the current owner of the subject property indicate that an addition was constructed to the northern portion of the subject building. Although these plans were not dated, it appears that this addition may have occurred in the late-1930s or 1940s. The subject property has been utilized as the Polish American Veterans Club since that time.
