Additional Property Attributes

The property consists of three parcels of property located on 1715 and 1815 East Main Street and Lynnbrook Avenue in Chattanooga, Hamilton County, Tennessee and identified as Tax Parcels 156B D 009, 156B D 011, and 156B L 024, respectively. Tax Parcel 156 D 009 is developed with an industrial warehouse with storage buildings and offices totaling approximately 67,521 square feet. Tax Parcel 156B D 011 is developed with one building that is approximately 1,144 square feet and the rest of the parcel is covered with grassed. Tax Parcel 156B L 024 is developed with one small utility building that is approximately 36 square feet and it is completely paved and used as a parking lot. The parcel also has a chain link fence and lighting around the perimeter.

Former Use: The property was historically owned by Arcade Printing. A portion of Tax Parcel 156B D 009 was once a photography shop.
