Additional Property Attributes

The property has been residentially developed since 1900. Prior to 1900 usage is unknown. ACM's suspected at the site including ceiling tiles, wall texture, and vinyl sheet flooring. The consultant recommended sampling suspected ACM's observed at the site including ceiling tiles, wall texture, and vinyl sheet flooring if renovation or demolition is planned. Sampling and analyis of these materials would be necessary to determine their asbestos content if any. No Phase II was recommended. The Phase I environmental assessment helped facilitate property purchase by the nonprofit, Urban Neighborhood Alliance through the use of NSP funds.

Former Use: The subject property has been residentially developed since approximately 1900. The use of the subject property is unknown prior to 1900. The subject property is 0.16-acre in area, with an approximately 1,000 square foot wooded and sided residence built in 1900 with a crawl space.
