Additional Property Attributes

The property consisted of two parcels located in an area characterized by commercial facilities and residential properties. The overall slope of the property is down to the northwest. A two-unit retail building building and two residences are currently located on the property. all of these structures are currently vacant. Two drainage channels cross the rear parcel, flowing northeast to southwest.

Former Use: The front parcel has been used for retail purposes for at least 50 years, prior to that time the parcel was residential. The real parcel has been residential for at least 45 years and was vacant prior to 1965.
