Additional Property Attributes

Based on Phase I ESA completed in May 2010, RECs have been identified on-site per ASTM Standard E1527-05. RECs are based on historical land use, and adjacent properties. Phase I ESA also included an asbestos survey, lead-based paint screening and indoor air quality screening. These additional services also indicated RECs associated with the on-site structures. A Phase 2 ESA completed for the property in February 2011 indicated arsenic impacts to soil and groundwater along the site's east boundary. The impacts were attributed to a former railroad spur located in that general area.

Former Use: Site is the former location of a mining operation facility. Observed topography and historical aerials also suggest on-site land disturbance likely associated with mining activities.
