Additional Property Attributes

This former cigarette manufacturing facility is now abandoned and underutilized. A local developer has entered into a purchase agreement to buy the property. The developer has indicated that they intend to raze existing buildings in preparation of plans for constructing a new facility for commercial use. There is a high probability that this project will result in the remediation of impacted soils and the generation of many new jobs.
