Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: 11469 Jos Campau was unimproved land from at least 1915 until it was improved with a filling station with underground storage tanks USTs from at least 1935 until the filling station was demolished in the late-1950s. Another filling station was constructed in the late-1950s. The property was utilized as a filling station until the early-1980s, though it appears that the building wasn�t demolished until the early-2000s. 11469 Jos Campau was utilized as a used car lot from 2002 until the late-2000s. The property has been utilized as a paved parking lot since that time. 2700 Casmere Street was unimproved land from at least 1915 until the late-1910s when a residential dwelling was constructed. This dwelling was demolished prior to 1930 and a commercial building was constructed. This structure was demolished in 2002 and a paved parking lot was constructed. The property has been utilized as a parking lot since that time.
