Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is occupied by one two-story building with an attic and is currently zoned as Village Center Proper VCP. The existing building has a footprint of approximately 2,740 square feet and was built and used by a church in the 1800�s as a meeting Hall. The building is currently being leased to the Gray Historical Society for records storage and the fire department stores an antique fire engine in an attached garage bay.

Former Use: The subject property is occupied by one two-story building with an attic and is currently zoned as Village Center Proper VCP. The existing building was built and used by a church in the 1800�s as a meeting Hall. The building was renovated by the Town of Gray in the 1950�s and was subsequently used as the Town Hall with a meeting room on the second floor and the town offices and fire department on the first floor. In the 1970�s the town offices moved and the building was then only occupied by the fire department. The fire department has since moved to another location. The building is currently being leased to the Gray Historical Society for records storage and the fire department stores an antique fire engine in an attached garage bay.
