Additional Property Attributes

The 240-acre study area, located generally northeast of the Polk Parkway/Dixie Highway intersection has an extensive history dating back to 1916 of agricultural nursery land use. Operations have included the storage of hazardous materials and petroleum products on-site. A Phase I ESA completed in May 2010 indicates on-site RECs based on ASTM Standard Practice E1527-05. A Phase 2 ESA and Supplement Sampling Events July - October 2010 revealed elevated levels above State cleanup target levels of arsenic in soil and nitrates in groundwater. In addition, a limited area of PAH-impacted soils was encountered and delineated on-site.

Former Use: Property has extensive history as a agricultural nursery as far back as 1916. Previous land use is unknown.
