Based on a Phase I ESA completd in May 2010, RECs have been found on-site related to the storage, use and handling of agricultural chemicals, as well as off-site concerns including an adjacent historical landfill and adjacent phosphate mine. A Phase II ESA performed in the Summer of 2010 revealed a limited amount of impacted soils organochlorine pesticides above regulatory cleanup standards. The impacted area consisted of approximately 74 cubic yards of soil, which could be remediated via excavation and proper disposal.

Former Use: Site has extensive history of being utilized for agricultural nursery purposes.
