Additional Property Attributes

Based on a Phase I ESA completed in June 2010, RECs have been identified which include potential on-site historial mining, observed surface impacts associated with petroleum storage/use related to heavy equipment and automotive repair, on-site USTs, potential impacts to septic system, ACMs in office structure, and lead-basd paint in storage area. Off-site RECs have also been identified. A Phase II ESA completed in 2011 revealed impacted soils radium 226, arsenic, chromium and nickel above regulatory and/or action threshold criteria. Impacts to groundwater were limited isopropylbenzene. Oonfirmatory sampling of groundwater to include filered and unfiltered analysis has been recommended.
