Additional Property Attributes

Property was historically an undeveloped portion of the Former Mulberry Construction utilized for storage vehicle, lumber, debris. A Phase II ESA completed in 2011 revealed no subsurface impacts associated with the RECs identified in the Phase 1 ESA.

Former Use: Undeveloped property contains former shed with historical land use by construction company that stored/used petroleum and had history of metal shop and automotive maintenance
