Additional Property Attributes

This property is located in an industrial area of Saginaw and was tax foreclosed adn recieved by the Sagianw Land Bank. The land bank intends to demolish the existing building to increase the marketibility and redevelopment potential

Former Use: The subject property is zoned M-2 General Industrial and is located in an area of Saginaw that is characterized by undeveloped, industrial, and/or residential properties, surface roadways, a state highway, municipal water, sanitary and storm sewer services, electrical and gas utilities. The subject property was operated as a coal yard and an office building from the early 1930s until the 1950s. The subject property was used for Cement Block Manufacturing frlom the 1950s until the 1990s when it became vacant.
