Additional Property Attributes

St. Mary's Medical purchased the property for redevelopment as a parking lot. The parking lot will compensate for parking lost during expansion of the medical facility, which will occur within the current parking lot.

Former Use: 310 Meredith In the early 1900s this parcel was occupied by Booth & Boyd Lumber Co�s and C.S. & M. Lumber Yard, several structures and five railroad spurs. From the 1930s into the 1950s, the parcel contained five railroad spurs, coal structure, office, warehouse, a filling station, auto service business, and three gasoline tanks. In the 1960s, five railroad spurs, a filling station, auto service business, and two gasoline tanks were located at this parcel. Sometime before the 1980s all structures on the parcel were demolished. A structure was located on the property from the late 1990s until 2006 when it was removed from the parcel. At the completion of this Phase I ESA this parcel was occupied by two railroad spurs, a gravel parking area, and loading platform. 309 Meredith This parcel of land contained several dwellings, a portion of a fertilizer shed, several outbuildings, and two railroad spurs from 1901 until sometime before the 1930s. In the mid 1930s, this parcel contained a junk yard, a rag and paper warehouse, two other structures, and two railroad spurs. By the 1950s this parcel was undeveloped with the exception of the railroad spurs. Sometime before the 1980s the railroad spurs were removed from the parcel. In the 1990s a single structure was located at this property until it was removed in the early 2000s. This parcel has been undeveloped since the early 2000s through the completion of this Phase I ESA. 302 Thompson This parcel was occupied by a Freight Warehouse, two tool houses, and several railroad spurs in the 1950s. By the 1960s only the Freight Warehouse and several railroad spurs remained on the parcel. The Freight Warehouse and the railroad spurs remained at the subject property until the early 1980s when the structure was demolished and the spurs removed. Parcel B has been undeveloped from the early 1980s through the completion of this Phase I ESA.
