Additional Property Attributes

The subject building is vacant, however the oil well at the subject property is actively producing oil. This large industrial property was formerly operated as door and window production factory. The current private owner is actively marketing the property to various industrial manufacturing developers. In the spring of 2011, a manufaturing occupant upgraded the building and enetered into a lease agreement for manufacturing purposes. This tenent continues to occupy the property.

Former Use: The property was orignally developed from cropland in the 1970s with the existing industrial building. The building was used for window adn door manufacturing until December 2009, when it became vacant.
