This property was operated as a gasoline filling station from the 1940s until the late 1980s when the property became vacant as subsequently was tax reverted to the Saginaw County Land Bank. The Saginaw County LBA is activiely marketing this commercial property for future redevelopment.

Former Use: The property was operated as the Tulsa Filling Station from the 1940s until the 1980s when it became vacant. The filling station was demolished by Saginaw County to prepare the property for future redevelopment.
