Additional Property Attributes

One parcel of the subject site is developed with the City of Mulberry's civic center. The remainder of the study area consists of undeveloped parcels. A Phase I ESA found RECs related to the historical land use potential mining and adjacent properties of concern. Additional environmental issues include asbestos-containing materials and indoor air quality issues associated with the civic center structure. A Phase II ESA revealed arsenic impacts above State regualtory cleanup criteria residential standard. No impacts to groundwater above criteria were found in any of the samples collected. An indoor air quality survey indicated the basement of the structure would need to be addressed, following by an air clearance investigation.

Former Use: Study area included developed parcel with civic center and undeveloped parcels used for recreational open space and wooded areas.
