Additional Property Attributes

A Phase 2 ESA submitted in August 2008 indicates that petroleum impacts from both on-site and potential off-site sources has been documented in soil and shallow groundwater within the site boundaries.

Former Use: Property is currently an undeveloped urban property located in an area of Fort Pierce with commercial and residential properties. Site history includes use as a retail gasoline facility if a history of environmental violations. An adjacent site anticipated to be upgradient also has an extensive history of environmental issues.
