Additional Property Attributes

A Limited Phase I ESA completed in June 2009 indicates RECs associated with the study area. This study area consists of three sub-areas East Main Street, South Lake and Bacom Point Rd. RECs included potential impacts from petroleum, dry cleaning and chemical facilities located within and adjacent to the study area.
