Additional Property Attributes

The facility operated as a gasoline station into the 1990s, when the property was acquired by Baker County through tax foreclosure. The TBA performed in 2004 determined the site had minimual impacts from the site's historic use as a gas station. The County was able to sell the property and a commerical store was constructed on the property in 2006.
