This site was subdivided when the phase II was completed. 10.2 acres were sold to a manufacturing plan that brought 45 new jobs to the area.

Former Use: This has been an industiral property for many years. There is a short rail line that runs onto the site. The adjacent trucking company bought the site to incorporate the rail service to their trucking business. They subdivide the half of the site that has a large new bulit 2000 industrial building on it. This building was bought and redeveloped by a lubricant manufacturer who plans to expand their business in this new building.
