Additional Property Attributes

A portion of the property is being redeveloped as part of the Iron Ore Heritage Trail, a recreational trail that connects the local communities.

Former Use: The property was historically used for iron minig operations with a small open pit mine on a portion of the property and some underground mine workings. Currently portions of the property are being used for a sawmill operation and for school bus parking. Redevelopment plans call for expansion of the sawmill operations and use of a portion of the property for a recreational trail.
