Former Use: This site formerly housed an active "wet" tannery operation from the early 1920's to 1956. Since 1956, the property housed a variety of occumpants with operations including a wood finishing facility, paint spray booth, automobile salvage facility, a recycling facility, a machine shop and warehousing goods. BCCDC purchased the property in 2004.
