Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consists of one 1 parcel containing a total of 1.38 acres and is located on the east side of North Stephenson Highway. The subject property is occupied by a 23,564 square foot light industrial building located in the north-central portion of the property. The building was originally constructed in 1953-1954, with additions in 1957, 1961, 1968, and 1984-1985. Broken asphalt and concrete parking areas are located to the east and south of the building, with groomed grass areas to the west of the building and in the right-of-ways. The subject property is currently vacant of occupants. Original development of the subject property occurred in 1953-1954 with the construction of the western portion of the current building. Prior to the construction of the building, the property contained vacant and/or agricultural land since at least 1940. Additions were constructed to the building in 1957, 1961, 1968, and 1984-1985. Exterior storage was present on the eastern portion of the property between at least 1985 to 2002. Historical occupants consisted of Henze machine, tool, stamping, and manufacturing operations from initial construction until approximately 2006.
