Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consists of two 2 parcels consisting of approximately 3.7 acres and is located south of 10 Mile Road, east of Harding Avenue in Oak Park, Michigan. The eastern subject parcel, identified as 15101 10 Mile Road, consists of a vacant parcel with overgrown vegetation. The western subject parcel, identified as 15151-15221 10 Mile Road, contains a dwelling in the eastern portion 15151 and an office building and Synagogue in the western portion 15221. The dwelling identified as 15151 10 Mile Road, contains 1,067 square feet and was constructed in 1948. The building identified as 15221 10 Mile Road, contains 1,298 square feet. A surface parking lot is present north of 15221 10 Mile Road. The remainder of the parcel contains groomed grass. The first documented developed use of the eastern subject parcel was in 1946 with the construction of a 1,120 square foot residential dwelling in the central portion of the parcel. The dwelling was demolished between 2006 and 2008. This parcel also contained a small residential scale orchard from at least 1949 until the 1960�s. The first documented developed use of the western subject parcel was in 1948 when the two 2 current dwellings were constructed. The addition of a Synagogue to 15221 10 Mile Road was constructed on the southwest portion of the building between 1987 and 1988. The dwelling was converted into a Synagogue and office building around that time. This parcel also contained a small residential scale orchard from at least 1949 until the 1960�s.
