Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property was vacant land from prior to 1940 until between 1956 and 1961. A driveway was developed in the eastern and southern portion of the property between 1956 and 1961, and the central and eastern portions of the subject property were utilized for the exterior storage of two 2 to four 4 trailers from at least 1961 until the early 1980s. The subject property was vacant land until 1990, when the current building was constructed.
