Additional Property Attributes

Based on a Phase I ESA prepared in September 2010, RECs associated with the subject property includes a data gap related to an on-site pipe of unknown use/source and the site's previous land use, which included a cannery. A Phase II ESA completed in 2012 revealed only arsenic impacts in shallow soils along the west property boundaries above regulatory criteria.

Former Use: The site is currently undeveloped except for surface pavement and utilized by the City of Fort Meade as a storage area for electrical equipment. Historical land use has included a cannery.
