Additional Property Attributes

Site is former industrial property with intended reuse as commercial. The environmental investigation at the site is part of the Counties goal to help cities identify brownfield sites and reduce environmental threats. Phase II activities include: sampling and analysis plan, site investigation, investigation report, and discussions with owner.

Former Use: Former Spelman Oil bulk fuel oil storage facility. Site contains one small construction storage building. The remainder of the site is open, no fuel storage remains, some grass area.
