River Corner, LLC will utilize the RACM EPA BRLF loan for 500,000 to fund the environmental cleanup of this contaminatesd site of a former foundry business. The 5 million redevelopment will cover the cost of a new building on the site which is the future home of the headquarters for Paul Davis Restoration, a service provider of disaster cleanup and restoration services for residential and commercial sites that have been damaged during floods, fire, etc. The new job creation is expected to be 55 jobs over the next several years.
