Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property was developed with Duplex Printing Press Company, a printing press manufacturing facility, by 1892. By 1950 the Property changed ownership to The Goss Printing Press Company, which continued printing press manufacturing operations until at least 1950. The Oliver Corporation occupied the Property from approximately 1954 to 1958. By 1963 the building on the Property was vacant and remained so until at least 1971. United Steel & Wire, a metal finishing and assembly company, occupied the Property until approximately 1988, when the Property was developed with an asphalt parking lot to support The Rink on the north adjoining parcel, and the use remained constant until 2010.
