Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property was developed with three residences by 1913. The Property continued to be occupied by residences until sometime between 1955 and 1961, when the residences were razed as part of the construction of West Dickman Road. By 1965, the current building was constructed on the Property. Various building additions were completed between 1965 and 1981 and the building was used as a wholesale auto parts store from at least 1967 until 2010.
