Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The 0.7 acre site currently consists of vacant property with sidewalks along the northwest property line and remnants of a sidewalk and driveway on the southwestern side of the tract. An area of exposed soil was noted on the central portion of the Site, near the approximate location of the former tank battery. According to the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Phase I ESA recognized environmental concerns RECs include as many as 12 oil wells, and two to four oil storage tanks were located within an earthen dike near the southwestern corner of the property in 1930-40.
