Additional Property Attributes

The Site is developed with an asphalt paved parking lot and single story commercial building. The building is currently unoccupied, but was previously a Wells Fargo Banking Center.

Former Use: The Site is currently developed with an asphalt paved parking lot and single story commercial building currently unoccupied. The Site is owned by Richard Pavelec. Based on a review of historical sources, the Site was developed between 1953 and 1963. Documented uses of the Site building include a service station, car wash, auto parts store and Wells Fargo Bank businesses.
